Appointments & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments.

Your deposit reserves your appointment time and will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.

Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit and require a new deposit to book again.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable.

If your artist must cancel due to illness or an emergency, your deposit will remain on file and be applied to your rescheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the artist's schedule.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or forfeiture of the deposit.

No Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

Future appointments may require payment in full before booking.

Age Requirements

Hollow & Bloom Tattoo tattoos clients 18 years of age or older only.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every appointment.

Pricing

Our studio minimum is $100.

Each artist sets their own rates based on the size, placement, complexity, and estimated time required for the tattoo.

Quotes are estimates and may change if the design or scope of the project changes.

Payment

Hollow & Bloom Tattoo accepts cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.

Individual artists may also accept additional forms of payment. Please confirm accepted payment methods directly with your artist before your appointment.

Tattoo services are non-refundable.

Design Process

At Hollow & Bloom Tattoo, we love tattooing flash, custom work, and everything in between.

Whether you're picking a design off the wall or bringing in your own idea, we'll work with you to make sure you're excited about the final piece.

Some custom projects may require additional drawing time or consultation before your appointment.

Guests

Space is limited within the studio.

We ask that guests be kept to a minimum. Children must remain supervised at all times and are not permitted inside tattoo stations.

Artists reserve the right to limit guests during appointments.

Artist Discretion

Our artists reserve the right to decline any tattoo request, including designs that:

• Contain hateful or offensive content

• Present safety concerns

• Fall outside the artist's experience or preferred style

• Have unrealistic expectations or requested timelines

• Infringe on copyrights or trademarks

We believe every tattoo should be something both the client and artist are proud of.

Respect

Hollow & Bloom Tattoo is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone.

Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, threats, or inappropriate conduct toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service or removal from the studio.
