Frank milazzo

I first picked up tattooing after high school in 2008 before spending 16 years in operations management. In early 2025, I returned to tattooing full-time and now own Hollow & Bloom Tattoo LLC. Whether you're choosing something from the flash wall or bringing in a custom idea, my goal is simple: create a great tattoo in a shop where people genuinely enjoy being.

Tattooing Since

I first started tattooing after high school in 2008 and returned to it full-time in early 2025.

What I Love to Tattoo

A little bit of everything. American traditional is my home base, but I enjoy black & grey, color, illustrative work, horror, gaming, floral pieces, and custom designs.

Outside the Studio

Drawing flash, camping, playing Zelda or Fortnite, spending time with my three kids, and hanging out with my two dogs.

Favorite Candy

Pink Starbursts. Reese’s Stix. Butterfingers

Currently Listening To

Usually a mix of pop-punk, 80’s jams, metalcore, Disney, and whatever fits the mood.

Ive always wanted to make a statement with my art, and being able to tattoo someone and have my art on them forever is truly such an honor! I was always that kid who watched Animal Planet and Discovery channel as a kid, so not only do I have a love for art, but I’m also the resident animal and science nerd of the shop!

Tattooing Since

I’ve been tattooing since 2023! Started as an apprentice and improved so quickly, that I “graduated” in less than a year!

What I Love to Tattoo

I love to tattoo anything in general! But I take a couple pages out of a lot of different books- combining lots of art and tattoo styles into something I feel is pretty unique. With bold outlines, fine details, and bright, solid colors, your tattoos are sure to stand out. I love designing a traditional lady head portrait though- different hair, makeup, jewelry, they’re each different than the last! And clowns, I do love a good colorful clown.

Outside the Studio

When I’m not at the studio, I’m still drawing! But when I’m not drawing or working on anything, I love to go out and have fun in the nightlife. Going to clubs and bars is always fun! I enjoy some nights gaming, whether it’s intense FPS games, or a quiet night in with some cozy games :)

Favorite Candy

Sour. Anything sour. From gummy worms to warheads and more. I’m a sour addict.

Currently Listening To

A bit of everything, from bands like Pierce The Veil and Dance Gavin Dance, to Artists like Joost Klein.

Ask Me About...

Oh my god I can talk about random animal and insect facts all day long. I also love to just gossip about anything! By the end of the appointment, we’ll know all the drama in each others lives and it’ll be so much fun!

Tattooing has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl and I’m excited to be able to share my passion with my clients! 3 Fun facts about me is that Im a diet coke addict, I collect spooky items such as bones,taxidermy, ect. and I’m a serial hobbiest.

Tattooing Since

I didn’t go the traditional route for tattooing. I bought my first machine in 2017, teaching myself how to tattoo on oranges, fake skin and supportive friends/family!

What I Love to Tattoo

I love to tattoo is gothic/darker style. The techniques I use mostly are bold black work , dainty dot work or a mix of the 2. Also love me some good ole traditional tattoos as well.
