Frank milazzo

I first picked up tattooing after high school in 2008 before spending 16 years in operations management. In early 2025, I returned to tattooing full-time and now own Hollow & Bloom Tattoo LLC. Whether you're choosing something from the flash wall or bringing in a custom idea, my goal is simple: create a great tattoo in a shop where people genuinely enjoy being.

Tattooing Since

I first started tattooing after high school in 2008 and returned to it full-time in early 2025.

What I Love to Tattoo

A little bit of everything. American traditional is my home base, but I enjoy black & grey, color, illustrative work, horror, gaming, floral pieces, and custom designs.

Outside the Studio

Drawing flash, camping, playing Zelda or Fortnite, spending time with my three kids, and hanging out with my two dogs.

Favorite Candy

Pink Starbursts. Reese’s Stix. Butterfingers

Currently Listening To

Usually a mix of pop-punk, 80’s jams, metalcore, Disney, and whatever fits the mood.
